Zuzi is an Agile & Scrum coach and trainer with deep hands-on experience and a passion for happier teams, business improvement, and managing change. She started with the Agile and Scrum projects in 2005 at Medtronic, USA. Since then she was coaching ScrumMasters, Product Owners, teams, and organizations.

As a Certified Scrum Scrum trainer with Scrum Alliance Zuzi has already trained thousands of ScrumMasters and Product Owners.

As a coach, Zuzi is a leading expert on Agile transformations and has consulted a hundred companies of all sizes on various coaching engagements from the introduction of Scrum into teams to helping succeed with whole enterprise agile transformations.

Zuzi works with boards and leadership teams to help them embrace business agility, explore agile leadership, and change the way of working.

Zuzi is a regular speaker at Agile conferences and delivers talks, workshops, and keynotes with great feedback from the audience, which makes people leave their comfort zone and look at things from very different perspectives. She is an organizer of the annual Agile Prague Conference, founder of the Agile community group Agile Association, and organizes regular events for the Czech Agile & Scrum community (Agile Open Cafe).

She is the inventor of the #ScrumMasterWay concept.
