Vasya Vankova defines herself as an Agile, Scrum, and coaching enthusiast. Driven by her passion for personal development and helping others unlock their potential, she is currently expanding her horizons as a coach with Erickson Coaching. This role allows her to deepen her coaching skills and broaden her impact, reinforcing her commitment to fostering growth and excellence in the Agile community.
Presently, Vasya is an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at SAP Labs Bulgaria, where she is deeply involved in the Agile transformation and growth of the Hyperspace Solution Train. Hyperspace is SAP’s internal Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) platform, empowering over 50,000 engineers to continuously deliver value to SAP customers.
At PepsiCo, Vasya spearheaded Agile transformations as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Release Train Engineer (RTE), successfully driving the adoption of Scrum, Agile, and SAFe across two pivotal value streams: PepsiConnect Europe and Europe Digital Commercial. She also facilitated training workshops for PepsiCo IT and Marketing employees to enhance their understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile.
Prior to this, at Fourth, she embraced the servant-leader role, nurturing teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement. Vasya worked on various initiatives for spreading the Agile mindset across the organization, including leading the Fourth Global Agile Training Program and building and delivering educational workshops on Agile and Scrum, as well as on good practices for Product Backlog management. Her approach consistently fostered a culture of collaboration and growth.

The Coaches Clinic is prepared and organized by Certified Agile Coaches – Certified Team Coaches (CTC), Certified Enterprise Coaches (CEC), Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) and other experienced Agile coaches.
