Teodora Lapshova is a Public Relations Manager with over 10 years of media experience, including roles at Bulgarian National Television and NOVA. Currently leads communications for Bulgaria’s largest radio group – Radioplay Media. She successfully managed high-profile projects, including the 2024 BG Radio Annual Music Awards, achieving record TV ratings.
Teodora is the author and screenwriter of the TV program “Inovativno” on Bulgarian National Television where her work in promoting innovation and eco-friendly technologies was recognized with the prestigious Young Energy Europe award, endorsed by Dr. Robert Habeck, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action of Germany.
With her strong background in strategic PR, media relations, and content development Teodora brings a dynamic, result-driven approach to communications.
