As an agile coach working with diverse teams, I’ve seen how body language, tone, and silent cues can make or break teamwork. In this interactive session, I’ll share real stories and examples, hands-on exercises, and practical case studies to help you raise your awareness about body language in agile teams. I will give you some guidance on how to read the room, how to build stronger connections, and lead and communicate with presence – whether in-person or remote.

I have 16 years of experience in SAP, working in various roles, including Scrum Master, Program Lead, and Development Manager.
As a Development Manager, I have been actively shaping a culture that fosters collaboration, high performance, and continuous growth.
Beyond my core responsibilities, I am also an Agile leadership and team coach, working closely with teams and leaders to gain first-hand insights into what drives team success – and what holds it back. I specialize in conflict resolution, team performance, and mentoring and coaching new leaders, helping both teams and individuals navigate change, communicate effectively, and collaborate more efficiently.
Additionally, I lead soft skills training, facilitate team workshops, and support organizations in building resilient, high-performing teams. My passion lies in helping teams cultivate trust, psychological safety, and a culture of continuous improvement – empowering them to do their best work and grow together.
Ilian Stankov
Ilian Stankov is an experienced English teacher and communication coach with over five years of experience helping professionals gain confidence in business English. With a background in IT and customer service at companies like IBM, AlienVault, and AT&T Cybersecurity, he brings a practical, real-world approach to communication challenges.
Today, Ilian works with consultants, managers, and business owners to improve their English fluency and conversational effectiveness, enabling them to advance in their careers. He is passionate about teaching through practice rather than theory, focusing on real conversations that build confidence and lasting results.
