Max Baklayan travelled the world to come back home and create the biggest and most respected bullion dealer and currency exchange, in Bulgaria, namely Tavex.
He moved abroad at the age of 13, back in 1995, to graduate the most respected Armenian boarding schools, both in Venice (Italy) and Nicosia (Cyprus), with summa cum laude. In 2001 he moved to the States to continue his studies, in University of Washington, however family emergency forced him to return to Bulgaria, where he graduated AUBG, in 2008.
In 2009, Tavex was launched and since then, he turned the company into one of Bulgaria’s top 100, with countless awards, both financial and managerial.
He describes himself as an organisational architect and engineer, humble, courageous and with unshakable principles.
