About the Workshop
Networking is getting increasingly popular and for good reason: it’s a proven tool that helps people get to needed contacts, clients, information, and influence.
The best time to start building our network was 20 years ago; second second-best time is now.
Whether we are planning to grow our business or expand our career, whether we are in charge of a smaller team, big company or huge volunteer project, the skill of turning random handshakes into mutually beneficial relationships is key.
While some people are abusing their contacts and others are totally neglecting them, among other networking mistakes, there is a set of behaviors that always work, and we will address them.

Svetlana is an experienced leader and passionate learner.
After holding high corporate positions for over a decade, she jumpstarted her entrepreneurial journey, bringing Bulgaria onto the global map of BNI – The World’s largest networking and referral organisation.
On the verge of its 10th anniversary in December 2025, BNI Bulgaria comprises 400+ business owners from 4 major cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Ruse, and Varna.
Maxwell Leadership certified coach and trainer, Svetlana, is delivering hundreds of hours of trainings annually on networking, referral marketing, presentation skills, and leadership.
