Graduating as Master of Finance in combination with her strong interest in Marketing made it just logical for Genka to become a Marketing expert in a bank. For 15 years in banking industry Genka went from leading Marketing campaigns, through customer research to project management.
As a project manager her passion for improvements led her to specialization in optimization projects for shaping the processes to become more efficient and delivering higher quality. Applying the principles of Lean Six Sigma methodology marked her first steps in the agile world. Jumping deeper in the field of agility she became a Scrum Master and this soon proved to be corresponding to her natural urge for continuous learning.
Today, she is the key person leading Gameloft’s transformation to agility by guiding the teams to understand and embrace agile values and principles in all layers of game development.
