8+ years of experience in the area of Agile and Scrum, starting with a Master’s degree in Project Management in UK, and a career evolving from PMO and Project coordinator to Project Manager, Scrum Master, RTE and Agile Coach, allowing me to familiarise myself with all facets of the work. After working with multiple Project Management methodologies I developed a particular interest in Agile. This motivated me to pursue a career as Scrum Master and Agile coach. I enjoy being a servant leader to many agile teams, being responsible for leading Agile Transformations, coaching the teams and the organisation, ensuring that Agile principles and practices are followed, facilitating processes and meetings, removing impediments and barriers and protecting teams from external forces. Helping teams deliver value in a quality way, and at the same time ensuring people are enthusiastic and happy, is my main passion. Most recently my curiosity and energy have been focused in the area of Coaching – Life, Business and Team, having successfully completed several coaching courses and kickstarted my career as a Professional Coach.

Coaches’ Clinics are a unique and free service designed to help you with specific challenges you’ve encountered on your way to a more Agile way of working.

The Coaches Clinic will be available during the whole day at the conference lobby, usually during the breaks and lunches, but you can also make an appointment at a specific time.
