Konstantine is a natural problem-solver with over 9 years of experience in project and product management, as well as agile delivery.

He currently works as an Agile Coach at TBC, one of the leading financial technology companies in the region. He also lectures at the University of Georgia and Business and Technology University and is pursuing a PhD at Caucasus University.

Beyond his professional roles, Konstantine is a passionate community leader. He is the co-organizer of AgileXchange, the largest Agile conference in Georgia, and serves as a lead mentor at Agile Mentor, a top consulting and capability development firm in the country.
