The Conference
Business Agility Bulgaria 2025 is not a typical Agile conference. This one-day event aims to illustrate how Agile values, principles, and practices are applicable and scalable across all sectors, not just IT. We will share real-world case studies, demonstrating the evolution of Agile and Agility over the years, and its impactful use in a variety of industries such as healthcare, legal, banking, and more.

This year’s conference theme is Solutions. We are seeking practical, real-world examples that demonstrate how Business Agility could be achieved. Your session should provide actionable insights, hands-on experiences, and case studies that help our audience solve real challenges.
Submission Guidelines

🔹 Official language: English
🔹 Each submission should be for a single speaker and talk
We welcome proposals in the following formats:
✅ 30-minute talk/case study – Share real-world success stories, challenges, and lessons learned.
✅ 30-min workshop – Engage participants with hands-on exercises and practical applications.
✅ 70-min workshop – Provide an in-depth, immersive experience with actionable takeaways.

Coaching Clinic presented by Scrum Alliance
Coaches’ Clinics are a unique and free service designed to help you with specific challenges you’ve encountered on your way to a more Agile way of working.
It is a great way to get new ideas on the topics you’ve been struggling with on your Agile journey.
You can discuss any areas you are interested – technical practices, organizational change, Scrum, Kanban, Agile Coaching, and topics such as breaking down development silos to coordinating multiple teams and educating upper management for enhanced agility.
The experienced Agile Coaches will be ready to advise or answer your questions. Just come and sign up for the free 15-minute coaching session.
The Coaches Clinic will be available during the whole day at the conference lobby, usually during the breaks and lunches, but you can also make an appointment at a specific time.
The Coaches Clinic is prepared and organized by Certified Agile Coaches – Certified Team Coaches (CTC), Certified Enterprise Coaches (CEC), Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) and other experienced Agile coaches.
